The Ideal Boyfriend.

It’s about that time where I begin getting really mushy and emotional. Honestly, I’ve been listening to Turning Pages by Sleeping at Last for the past 2 days without stopping. I am hooked.

I really want that type of romance that Edward + Bella have. NOW WAIT, DON’T START JUDGING ME, OKAY?! It’s not in that hormonal “Edward, bite me!” type of frenzy that most teenagers react with. It’s not in that hormonal, “Edward, you’re so hot! *insert-pelvic-thrust-here*” type of frenzy that most cougars react with.

I honestly want that type of romance. If you subtract the idea of the vampire & human, and if you subtract the “vampire problems” they face… the whole, “I’m 108 years old and you’re only 18” situation, it’s actually quite a lovely love story.

The way Edward loves Bella, it just… I can’t even begin to put into words how much this captures my attention. The way he cares for her, the way he loves her enough to leave her if that’s what is best for her, the way he puts her first before anything. The way he looks at her, my gosh!

I can’t even begin to explain it. I feel like no matter how hard I tried to explain it, people would laugh regardless because they’d think I’m so obsessed with vampires & what not, but that’s not it. I don’t know, but it’s NOT how I see my Edward + Bella. Bella makes Edward so humane! The unconditional love they have for each other- it’s really hard to put into words.

I suppose because I’ve listened to this song so many times, and I’ve listened to it while seeing all the screen caps, and all of the gif’s on tumblr… it makes me realize HOW MUCH Edward truly LOVES Bella. Beyond compare. It’s quite inexplicable. I’m not even looking at Bella’s perspective so much, or any other character’s perspective for that matter… as much as EDWARD’s perspective.

The amount of love he has to give, akjdkajskajfkajfkjasf. My heart melts every time. I seriously suggest you listen to this song, and you scroll down the tagged Breaking Dawn section here: http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/breaking+dawn. You’ll find SO many screen caps and gif’s that will make you SWOON as you listen to the song. I wanted to add EVERY single one I loved (which was pretty much all of them) into this post, but I settled with the ones posted.

Overall, I just want a relationship with a guy like Edward. If I could have that, and have someone love me and care for me the way Edward does for Bella… I’d be happy. I’d be ultimately happy, without a doubt. Why can’t I have my own Edward Cullen? :(

People’s Choice Award.

Robert Pattinson’s jacket is cute. I may be a bit biased because I have always adored Robert Pattinson from the first day it was announced he would play hunky Edward Cullen, (well maybe not the first day), but he has never looked better! He keeps getting sexier everyday, and that’s just hot. Maybe because he’s finally coming to his fashion senses, not that I had any problem with his style before, but he’s staying true to his fashion taste but with a bit more edge. It’s cute!

Taylor Lautner looked the same, as ever. He always wears similar things all the time so it wasn’t as exciting to see him. I like Taylor, it’s just he can get a bit boring. He he.

They look quite adorable.

His hot smoldering look. *squeal*

This video made me laugh like no other! Queen Latifah seriously was amazing. She looked good, and I was glad that she was the host. I think more women should host award shows every now and then. Men are very bland and make everything really sexual. Sometimes their jokes are a little bit too … what’s the word, um, not-funny? Hah. Women on the other hand are really opinionative and witty. It’s empowerful. It’s the ying to the yang!

All in all, Queen Latifah did a good job. I loved it. Kudos!

Movies in 2011.

I’m quite excited for 2011, if you haven’t noticed. There’s going to be a lot of excitement and in general I just think it’s going to be a better year.

Movies in 2011 are going to be even more epic! That’s one of the major things I’m excited about. As the years go by, it just seems that a lot of movies get more and more greater! I must admit – some just get even more pointless as well, but for the epic ones – those are the ones I’m going to be dying to see!

1. Water for Elephants is one of the movies I’m excited to see! It’s worldwide release is April 22, as opposed to it’s April 15 original release date. Check it out here for more deets on that.

2. Captain America: The First Avenger, and Thor also happen to release in 2011! For Thor, it’s worldwide release is May 6, and Captain America will follow suit on July 22. I’m quite excited to see these next Marvel Studios movies because I was a huge fan of Iron Man. I honestly just hope it’s just as awesome. I’ve read some of the comics and Captain America is one of my favorites. We’ll just have to wait and see!

3. The Hangover: Part II is also coming out in 2011, May 26 to be exact. You’d think that with just one it’d be enough comedy for society, but with the sequel – I’m not sure what to expect! I hope it’s like the original and has it’s comic jokes, but try to keep it decent. I don’t want to watch something that’s going to be perverse and disgusting. You know? I’m sure it won’t disappoint, I mean c’mon, Zach Galifianakis is going to be in it! He’s sheer genius, I love that teletubby :D

4. The Green Lantern is premiering June 17. Ryan Reynolds is hot and everything, and he has the muscles for the part, but can he pull it off? He’s done decent jobs in other fanboy movies, like Wolverine & Blade, but to pull off a starring role as The Green Lantern? I’m nervous, but I did like how he portrayed Deadpool in Wolverine! That’s a plus.

5. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II *scream like a fan girl* is coming out in 2011! July 15 to be exact, and 196 days until it’s world wide release! The first one was epic, as they always are, so I’m truly excited for the second installment to come out already. I’m sure all the other die-hard Harry Potter fans are just as excited.

6. Breaking Dawn (Twilight Saga): Part I is another one I’m excited to see! I’m just as obsessed as other people when it comes to Twilight. It truly bugs me when people talk bad about it because it’s not that bad of a series. I don’t pay attention to them though, as everyone else should, because if they don’t like it, why pay attention to it? Twilight obviously isn’t for everyone, but for those who are interested, obviously know that the 323 days more of waiting is just way too long! Then to have to wait another year for the second installment? It’s insanity, but I’m willing to wait if they promise not to mess it up!

7. Winnie the Pooh is an odd movie to put on my list but growing up loving Winnie the Pooh, I can’t help but want to see it as well. Disney better not fail me this time because it truly holds a special place in my heart. “Silly old bear!” :) I’m just filled with joy. I can’t wait! It comes out July 15! 196 days of waiting, but for a movie as special as this one, I’ll wait a decade if I have to! (No – I probably wouldn’t wait a decade. LOL.)

Movies right now are one of the main things I’m into. The whole scene of cinemas is just fascinating, from the “behind-the-scenes” perspective. Maybe that’s why I’m so excited for the new movies coming out in 2011. I’m sure that’s why. I’m also sure I missed some other great movies, but these are some of the ones I instantly thought of off the top of my head.

What movies are you excited to watch? :)
